Found a bug? Help us improve Gero by reporting it.

Before submitting

  1. Check existing issues — Search GitHub Issues to see if it's already reported
  2. Update to latest version — The bug might already be fixed
  3. Check logs — Review application logs for error messages

How to report

Using GitHub Issues

  1. Go to GitHub Issues
  2. Click "Bug Report"
  3. Fill in the template below

What you expected to happen.

What happens next?

  1. Triage — We review and label the issue
  2. Investigation — We try to reproduce the bug
  3. Fix — A fix is developed
  4. Release — The fix is included in the next update on Dropbox
